Gottfried Oddoye is the Founder and President of Vitalis Consulting. Prior to Vitalis, Gottfried was a Controller at Soros Fund Management, a fund with over $30 billion in assets under management located in New York City.
Preceding Gottfried’s role as Controller, he served as a consultant for a national CPA firm. Gottfried spent the first 5 years of his career performing financial service audits – initially at Ernst & Young, within the Financial Services Office, located in New York City and later at Barclays Capital, also based in New York City.
He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of North Florida and a Masters degree in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame – go Irish!
Gottfried is an avid golfer with a 14 handicap. In his free time, he enjoys biking with his son and going on long walks with his wife.
Gloria Oddoye is the Chief Financial Officer at Vitalis, where she manages the company’s finances, and is also a director responsible for corporate strategy and direction of the firm.
Prior to Vitalis, Gloria spent 10 years at EY and Deloitte performing financial statement audits and attestations and most recently serves as an Executive Director FP&A at Merck.
Outside of work, Gloria loves to travel (especially throughout the Caribbean) and enjoys tennis and working out. Gloria is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of North Florida.
Sophia Boudinova is the Business Development Manager at Vitalis, where she oversees the company’s employment brand to attract top-level talent as the company continues to grow and enter new markets. She creates and delivers the most customized candidate and client experience possible to ensure candidates are thoroughly satisfied with their placements. Sophia strives to ensure that candidates feel the culture of the companies they are assigned to work at is compatible with their professional needs and values.
Before her role as Business Development Manager, Sophia served as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Coca-Cola. She was responsible for directing all QA associates in daily batching, testing, and product releasing and maintaining corporate standards and plant-specific operating procedures.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and various outdoor activities.
John Brennan is the Chief Strategy Officer at Vitalis. In the role, John directs the long-term strategy around Vitalis’s products, packaging and pricing. John additionally leads Vitalis’s efforts on strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions. John also duals as the CEO at Presidential Trucking LLC.
John joined Vitalis as one of the company’s first directors, working on Vitalis’s go-to-market strategy and business operations. During John’s time at Vitalis, the company has grown from a startup to a well-capitalized firm.
John holds degree from St. Peter’s College and served in the U.S. Army for 3 years. Following his service, John transitioned to Airline operations and ended his service as the director of operations overseeing three airports.
John is an avid golfer but also loves to play tennis and travel.
